Nan to Wayne, Jeff and Elissa; Jarred and Alicia , Sam and Lisa; Jess, Luke and Ali.
and a great grand mother GG to Darcee; Harvey and Hazel, Winter and Lulu; Daisy and Jude.
Reunited with dad and Greg.

Funeral Location: A funeral service to celebrate the life of Jean Bartholomew to be held at the McCormack Chapel , 11 Highett St Mansfield on Friday 31st July
Time of Funeral: 1pm followed by a private cremation
