Passed away peacefully at the Mansfield Hospital surrounded by the love of his family.

Dearly loved husband of Louise.
Loved and loving father of Ben and Ruth, and Darren and Michelle.
Adored Pop to Bailey, Jaz, Beth, Max, Charlotte, Beau and Sophie and
great grand Pop to Wren and Linden.
